THANK YOU for making healthy, delicious vegan food that makes me feel great in body and mind! I'm a huge fan of the salad boxes, loved everything I've tried so far - I ordered 3 times in 3 days! Each time the order was ready for pickup within 10 minutes. Vegan poutine and spicy chickpea salad box were my favorites! I just wish the brownies were more fudgey (they're a lovely cake fluff). I'm excited to try more salad boxes soon!! Edited to add: the wonderful person at the counter somehow remembered me from a month ago and remembered that I don't like raw onions on my salad even when I had myself forgotten!! You were already amazing and then really made my day :3 (also: highly recommend the banana bread and smoothies!)

Angry Vegan Juice Bar continues with delicious from scratch whole food plant based fare. Generous portions at great prices. Another wonderful small independent restaurant serving Penticton. Cozy and calm atmosphere. Also don’t hesitate to sign up for their weekly meal plan. Unbeatable prices per meal with a menu that is always varied.

We had a great experience at Angry Vegan. Despite the name of the place there's no angry vibes at all, the owner Darren is such a great and friendly guy. We had a few of the wraps, all being great, the gyro wrap was especially awesome! The poutine with homemade cheese and the potato-salad was also really tasty. They have wraps, bowls, burger, smoothies, juices & other tasty treats. Wish we had more time to try even more from the menu. Next time. Definitely pay them a visit and support your local businesses

Angry Vegan is the best spot in town for a quick, healthy bite. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and everything tastes great. My go-to is the Gyro Wrap—fresh, filling, and full of flavour. Highly recommend!

Simple tasty, good value vegan eats. Highly recommend this place. The owner/chef was friendly. This place is in the heart of downtown & is ideal for visitors & locals. My husband got the tofu scramble wrap & it was HEFTY & HEARTY. I got the fruit blend smoothie & poutine. The smoothie was refreshing, & the poutine had a great blend of creamy cashew cheese & savoury mushroom gravy. There’s no chance of being hangry at the Angry Vegan.

Fantastic restaurant! Should be renamed 'The Jovial Vegan.' &Ohmygoodness, what we tried was amazing! Friends of ours who aren't vegan were blown away by the poutine (perhaps they'll be more adventurous next time ) I got the 'Green Warrior Burger' 'Rasta Pasta/Salad' as a side

Unfortunately, it's difficult to find a Healthy place to eat out, or in Penticton. Last census data stated 220 plus restaurants, I'm not sure if that figure includes food trucks. Darren and Yesenia, a husband and wife team! I can wholeheartedly recommend the Burrito wraps, and the Spicy chickpeas are Awesome. There's a romantic table for two, and a pet outside of this clean eatery. It's close enough to Penticton HS, and wise students have discovered AV. The fresh air fried fries with a Veg mushroom gravy are popular. To date, this is the highest ranked restaurant in the South Okanagan. My acilades do not affect what fellow arbitrator Google responders are stating, but every review counts. Especially for Ma and Pa businesses.
